Time: Four-hour blocks 

*Please note that your rental includes time for setup and take-down. You will not be allowed to arrive early or stay later than your allotted time. Additional hours may be added at the standard rate. 


Food & Beverages: We have an open vendor policy which means you may bring in your choice of food and drink.

 

Tables & Seating: Hand-crafted Farm Tables with White Garden Chairs & Wooden Benches for up to 50 people.
 

Available to you: White / gray lanterns, birch cookies, wood slices, large glass decorative jars,
large copper / medium tin ice buckets, drink dispensers, silver coffee urn, flower cart with chalkboard, easel, coffee machine, projector and screen, access to utility room with refrigerator and various supplies.
 

 

Parking: Parking spaces on the west side of the building and street parking on the east side.
 

Payment: Full payment due when reservations are made.
 

Decorations: Please be thoughtful with your decor decisions. We want you to maximize the time with your guests so try to utilize our decorations as much as possible. From our experience, set up time should only take 30 - 45 minutes. The space is nicely appointed with a rustic alcove, tree trunks, lush green assorted plants, and simple vignettes.
